Why we don’t pack with gift box?

At Conchbag, we take great care to ensure that our products arrive quickly and safely, and with minimal interference from customs or other authorities. To achieve this, we often ship our products without packaging to ensure faster delivery and to minimize the likelihood of being discovered by customs officials.
Please note that because we do not use traditional branded packaging, some items may arrive in plain packaging or with minimal packaging materials. This helps us to keep our prices down, so we can offer you the best possible value for your money.

Bags come with Smell?

Please note that some new products, including bags, may have a slight odor due to the manufacturing process or being stored in a warehouse with other products. However, this odor will dissipate over time and with proper ventilation.
If you receive a bag that has a noticeable odor, we recommend that you air out the item in a well-ventilated area for a few hours or days, depending on the strength of the smell. You can also try to clean the bag or use odor-eliminating products to help minimize any unwanted odors.
